Melacca Historic City
Malacca City or in Malay called Melaka is the capital of the coastal state of Malacca, in southwestern Malaysia. At its center, Jonker Street, Chinatown’s main thoroughfare, is known for antique shops and its night market. Nearby, the 17th-century Chinese Cheng Hoon Teng temple has ornate decorations and multiple prayer halls. A green, 3-tiered roof tops the 18th-century, Javanese-influenced Kampung Kling Mosque.

MELAKA RIVER CRUISE
Melaka River is strewn with history dating back to the grandiose days of the influential and powerful empire of the 'Melaka Malay Sultanate' which led to merchant world-over to come to trade and commerce and which incredibly led Portuguese historian Tomes Pires to name the state as 'Venice Of The East'.
However, today Melaka River to large extent serves only as rich reminder of its glorious and bountiful past and of its present development. And what better way to find out than to take a river boat cruise in order to trace its history and check out the quaint and scenic beauty.

The First Revolving 'Gyro Tower' in Malaysia
Menara Taming Sari is the first revolving 'Gyro Tower' in Malaysia which is 80 meters high, you can see the majority of interesting places nearby such as the Samudera Museum, Dataran Pahlawan, St Paul's Church, Melaka Island and so on. The most interesting time to try this activity is in the evening because you have the opportunity to see the panoramic beauty of the sunset.
The duration of the ride up is not too long, around 7-8 minutes only and during that period, you will rotate 360 degrees 2-3 times. Even if it's for a moment, but this kind of experience is very valuable. Don't worry, the rotation of this deck is very slow and you won't feel dizzy.

I love street art and murals, Melaka has some of the best collections l've seen for some time. Some of the large murals along the river walk are simply amazing. There's also plenty in random streets around the historic centre. Just love the murals that make use of building structures to create scenes of everyday. One of the best things to see in Melaka. ☺️✨
