Attractions - I had the best Halloween experience this year at ABC Cooking Studio in Funan, where I got to bake a S’mores Chocolate Cake! Making the cake was such a treat—literally! We layered rich chocolate cake with gooey marshmallows and crunchy graham crackers, capturing all the goodness of a campfire s’more. Walking out with my own Halloween-themed dessert that looked and tasted amazing! It was a fantastic way to celebrate, learn something new, and enjoy the season in such a creative way. Loads of red lanterns are hung across many buildings, and there will be decorations in every buildings whoch made the area to have a very joyful and vibrant festive mood. We were there during Saturday and there is a night market for us to stroll around. There are many stalls and restaurants operating and we get to savour the local delights as well as famous delicacies aeound the world. We really enjoy the festive mood at the heritage area and we will visit there again next year.

They really brought the spirit of celebration to life, making it a perfect place to enjoy the holiday season. On one side, the Halloween setup was spooky yet fun. There were all kinds of carved pumpkins with different faces, from cute to creepy, scattered around barrels and haystacks. They even had a haunting tree with hanging pumpkins, and the lights added a magical vibe. It’s a great spot to snap some Halloween photos! On the other hand, the Deepavali decoration was vibrant and colorful. The entire setup was beautifully done with fresh flowers, bright colors, and a huge rangoli design on the floor. The floral patterns were so intricate, and the whole area felt warm and welcoming. Yokohama Chinatown is the biggest Chinatown in Japan and they also celebrate Chinese New Year in a very big scale. We visited there at night and found the two biggest temple, GuanGong and Mazhu Temple being lighted up with red lanterns and they have ceremonies held there as well. Many people, Chinese and Japanese as well as other tourists joined the celebration and feast on the joy together. This is a very cool and joyful vibe, and is one of my favourite place in Yokohama.
