Ministry of Roasters
A quality coffee shop that guarantees deliciousness with champion baristas, plus a full range of coffee from upstream to downstream. It includes training courses, coffee shops, and roasting houses that select fine coffee beans from around the world, complete coffee brewing equipment, and various exhibitions. 🤩
🏠 The shop is quite large, spacious, and not cramped. Inside, it is divided into an Espresso bar that serves a variety of drinks and pastries, a Slow bar which is a glass room like a science laboratory used for drip coffee, a zone selling coffee brewing equipment and various types of coffee beans, and a gallery zone.
🍯 For the drink part, there are both coffee/non-coffee options, and the unique names of the menu items are eye-catching. The menu items we ordered include:
- Americano (90.) - Strong roast, delicious
- Dirty Pla-Kim-Kai-Tao or Thai name 'Sinbon' (140.-) Delicious, easy to eat, creamy and fatty milk, but personally, I feel the milk could be richer, the cup I had was a bit light
- Dirty Green Tea or Thai name 'Chor Ratsadon Bang Luang' (140.-) Delicious but light, fragrant with milk, goes well with the chocolate that adds a crunchy texture
⭐️ When we went, there was an exhibition in the gallery zone called MOR Make Sense, which allowed us to learn about coffee tasting with all five senses. Not sure how long the event lasts or if it has changed format yet.
👨🏫 In addition, there are rooms for training courses and various workshops, such as Coffee Tasting Workshop and Coffee Flavorist Introduction.
