From the 552m above sea level, it is a breathtaking panorama lay before me. All the buildings standing along the perimeter of Victoria Harbour are like guarding her save. This is the beautiful view we can enjoy from The Peak. We took the Old Peak Road trail. We're starting the hike from Central by walking up the inclined roads to Robinson Road and then following Old Peak Road up the hill. Hong Kong is an amazing city offering you numerous things, but the peak tram is very special one! The renowned chain of wax museums founded by Marie Tussaud of France, is located at the Peak Tower on Hong Kong Island in Hong Kong. it was my first time seeing a wax museum, it's very nice and fun. I have no idea why but I got only this 3 pics from there. Maybe I was blinded/mesmerized by all the celebrities literally standing in front of me 😅 It was a nice experience, I would recommend checking it out if you are on the peak. The venerable Peak Tram is a funicular railway in Hong Kong. Running from Garden Road Admiralty to Victoria Peak via the Mid-Levels. Carring tourists and residents to the upper levels of Hong Kong Island. Providing the most direct route (8 minutes each way) and offers amazing views over the harbour and skyscrapers of Hong Kong. Definitely worth the time in the line! As even in that case it is faster, buses need at least one hour along the winding hill roads. 2022 June My birthday celebration was amazing. Before that, we went to The Peak😆 If we come all the way to The Peak, how can we miss the Madame Tussauds Wax Museum? But before that, we need to fill our stomachs. We picked Kam's Roast Goose to have their signature MSG Stewed Chicken Soup with Salted Crispy Chicken 🤤🤤 The large shiitake mushrooms and Salted Crispy Chicken are Luca's favorites. It was hard to imagine two brothers finishing one meal. My husband and I ordered one dish each, Angus Beef Tossed Noodles with Chili Oil and Angus Beef Tossed Noodles with Sesame Sauce. As a family, we share everything~~ My husband likes to play mahjong more, and I prefer to add more🌶️ spicy oil. In addition to the must-have Kam's Roast Goose Milk Tea, you must try their Lemon Winter Melon Tea~ Perfect for drinking during summer☀️ It's been a long time since I've been to a wax museum. My memory is vague, and it always feels like we finished taking photos and walking through the exhibit quickly. However, I was surprised to see many new things here. They are so cool🤩🤩 From Super Stars to sports stars, both kung fu and ball sports, Luca was excited! Mom wanted to see Oppa, so we went to the drama section. It brought back many memories😍😍 The most shocking exhibit was definitely Marvel, which the Lu brothers love the most... We must take a photo with Hulk!📸 Even Dad joined in the fun. The weather hasn’t been steady and parents looking for options on indoor activity. So, the question is whether the Monopoly Dream at the Peak is worth going? I checked my previous post and realise I’ve missed this ! Here I am sharing my experience from 2019 😂 It was before the pandemic, hence we are not wearing any mask. Anyway, I decided to take my elder one, K for this activity because it’s age appropriate (she was 4years old then) and personally think D was too young (2.5yo). We went with a couple of friends, the 3 kids were around the same age. We took the oldest tram in Hong Kong from central to the peak. K was super excited, enjoying the view of Victoria Harbour as much as I do. Before heading to level 3 where monopoly dreams located, we spent some photo time at the platform. Kids age 4 and above should be able to enjoy all of the activities, K love the 4D theatre most and she’s happy we got property card with our name on it. They are happy to spin the wheel at water works, and putting our friend #小朱ee in jail.
