#australiatravel We went in around 8.30am on a Saturday, and there were still many tables available. However the tables fills up quickly after 9am. Good selection of dishes on the menu. You order at the counter. Food service was slighty slow. We tried the smoked salmon and the miso benedict. The dishes were a good portion size and tasty. The matcha was milky and too sweet, matcha wasn't strong enough..would not recommend the drink. We were visiting from Melbourne and were happy with our breakfast overall, would recommend!

#australiatravel A must visit for breakfast/brunch but be sure to repeat your order. Food was exceptional and so too portion size. What let it down was the front of staff/ servers. Extremely slow to take orders and then got it wrong. Ordered the kids eggs and main server ordered and charged us for adult size and added an additional side, which we never asked for. So be sure to repeat the order otherwise be prepared to pay more

#australiatravel I can see why this place appears on "best breakfast" and "best cafe" lists in Hobart. I came with friends for breakfast for a weekend in Hobart and the food was fantastic I had the avocado toast with hummus, soft boiled egg and za'ataar, chai and then a hot chocolate. Friends had mushrooms on toast, croquettes and other delicious looking food. I definitely want to come back on my next Hobart trip so I can more on the menu!

Villino offers a wide variety of single-origin options at their retail section. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I enjoyed my coffee in the cozy and inviting atmosphere. I also purchased some Kenyan coffee to try at home with my V60. I highly recommend visiting this coffee shop!

#australiatravel What a great find in the middle of Hobart for Breky & light lunch. Wonderful atmosphere, gorgeous friendly people and very clean with fantastic service. It was a pleasure to frequent this small business 3 days in a row for breakfast while staying in Hobart. The food was simply delicious and coffee on point. Would definitely highly recommend this family business if you are visiting Hobart.

We were directed to a table and the waitress told us that she'd be right over to set us up, but another 10 minutes went by and we still hadn't been seen. Finally we were brought menus and water. Clearly our table had been immediately forgotten about. Food was okay but nothing exceptional. Oat latte was average. A nice venue though with lots of outdoor seating on a warm day. Dog friendly too.

#australiatravel Our family went there on the last day of the year and the cafe was packed. Regardless of how busy they were, the service was fast, and the staff are very welcoming and attentive. They made an ordinary breakfast exceptional. Also, their special beetroot latte worth a try as well. The cafe itself is small yet cozy. We just love everything about them. Will definitely come back!

I really appreciated what the staff recommended us with this egg&bacons rolls. It was extremely delicious and the coffee was the right coffee. #australiatravel We went there for a late breakfast and everything's amazing. I love how the menu is kind of Asian inspired and they made it so good. Me and my friend love the dandan noodles which is a perfect balance of the creamy nutty flavors that cut by a tangy sour pickled cabbage and the chili oil also very aromatic. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, one of them even offer to take a photo for us even when they're quite busy. Definitely coming back if we're ever in Hobart again, love the overall vibes of the place so much and the music is great as well.

We are patient people but 25mins had gone by and no staff came back. Essentially we were forgotten about. Staff walked passed and gave the gesture that they completely forgot we were there and then had our coffees made. Food - tasted quite nice. Expected price range for these type of venues.

#australiatravel The Vintage Secret Garden is a wonderful restaurant. Beautiful location, amazing interior 👌🏼 great vibes.. they have both indoor and outdoor seating 💺.. decorated with fountain, cycle, and swing and given a vintage touch. The restaurant is quite popular amongst locals. It's popular for high teas and cocktails.. menu is great.. quite a few options to choose from. They should focus on service, though.. wait staff is not attentive enough. I ordered a drink and had to wait 40 minutes and reach out to them twice for my order of one drink. Also in menu dip was included but it was not given.. when asked for it they made it sound like we need something extra. I think the place is fabulous but they should focus on service more.
