Why Roasting Coffee in Tainan Should Be on Your To-Do List ☕🔥
#chillandthrill #tainan #Coffeeclass
Sure, you could sit in a café sipping lattes like everyone else, but why not take it up a notch and roast your own coffee in Tainan? It’s hands-on, hilariously fun, and guaranteed to leave you smelling like a barista who knows their stuff.
Roasting coffee isn’t just tossing beans into a machine and waiting. Nope, it’s a full sensory experience. You’ll start with these sad little green beans (think coffee’s awkward teenage years) and slowly transform them into rich, aromatic perfection. The moment you hear the “first crack” (the beans popping), you’ll feel like a coffee alchemist—minus the cauldron. 🪄☕
The best part? The whole process is surprisingly entertaining. The instructors make roasting fun and approachable, even for coffee rookies like me. There’s a weird joy in watching your beans go from “meh” to “wow” and realizing you were the one behind the magic.
And let’s talk about the bragging rights. You’ll leave with your own custom-roasted coffee, perfect for impressing friends back home. “Oh, this? I roasted it myself. No big deal.”
If you’re in Tainan, don’t just drink the coffee—become part of the process. It’s fun, educational, and a memory you’ll sip on for years to come. 🔥

Cute
One of the coziest and cutest cafes we visited during our Taiwan trip. Definitely love the unique postcards for ordering. The cats are super cute and friendly. The menu too is nice with focus on sugar and cute.
On the third floor, you can also put some notes and testimonials about your experience. The ambience is warm and feels like home. A truly relaxing and memorable experience! Food is great especially the croissant

nice hangout
Been there twice when we visited Taipei.
The layout was warm and cozy. Coffees and food were great and also combined both of western and Taiwanese cuisines. The dishes we ordered were sandwiches and pasta, honestly it did not make me feel so impressive somehow it tasted very weird.
The portion was small with high price. House wine was unpleasant to drink but sold NTD 220/glass. Think the Chief here needs to improve his cooking lol. Great service of waitress and warm boss tonite.
