A peaceful place to stay. The staff are friendly and wish to help. My wife and I have late arrived to check-in at about 2:00am, but Rita who is the receptionist still very nice to offer a free upgrade room and extend our check-out time to the 6:00pm next day. These made us appreciated and have more time to enjoy the staying. The room is big and everything is clean in the room, the hotel also have the best sightseeing of Macao! Wonderful day!

The hotel room is spacious and clean. It has a great location about 5 min walk to the train station and the beach. The service was super good, satisfying all the needs of customers. Besides a free good breakfast, they provided afternoon tea for both days even though we stayed only for one night. There is also a free upgrading of room for our next booking. Very friendly and warm staffs.

Con: 1. The room smelted smoke when I opened the door as I wasn’t aware that guests are allowed to smoke in the room so I didn’t request a non-smoking room. 2. The drain was somehow blocked as the sinking trench was filled with water very quickly but took very long time to drain. 3 There was a pile of water by the bath tub when I checked in, which may link to the drainage issue. Pro: The room was spacious and perfectly satisfied our needs. The sea view was gorgeous from the main room and the living room. Every staff member was so friendly and attentive and welcoming. You can order takeout and they will be delivered by robots. The location is excellent and not far from the subway and Qingdao Railway Station. The building itself is part of the evening light show, which is awesome. I’d recommend it to anyone in spite of the issues encountered.

Had a wonderful stay with my small family at Xiamen Swiss Grand. The check in was very quick and the receptionist was so kind and tried to use English with us even though we can speak Chinese 😍. All their staff were so professional starting from the hotel car boy till the Ayi. Hygiene is so great. Room was very spacious with fantastic sea view. Not to forget the mouthwatering breakfast: OMG so many varieties especially western, we enjoyed the pastries most. All amenities are available here even kids can enjoy 3 hours playing for free, Yuna is the responsibile there and provided great service for the kids. Late checkout too without any disturbance to hurry up like some other hotels do. Price is affordable: you get what you pay for. It's recommended. Thank you Swiss Grand

I am absolutely thrilled with my stay at this wonderful the Zhuhai St Regis Hotel! The housekeeping team has kept my room immaculate, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere that makes me feel right at home. Manageress Ms. Andy, one of the staff members, has been so incredibly helpful and attentive, ensuring that all my needs are taken care of during my stay. Dining at 71/F, another F&B manageress Rita from the restaurant staff has been an absolute delight, providing top-notch service with a warm and welcoming smile. I couldn't be happier with my decision to stay the hotel for two nights. The exceptional service and attention to detail from the staff have truly made my experience unforgettable. Convenient hotel near macau border. Many restaurants and shops are around. Reception staff was friendly and helpful. Room 2411 seems newly renovated, clean and spacious than the rooms on the other floors. Bed was comfortable. WiFi was fast.
