The site was lovely and very quiet. The cafe staff were lovely and so was the food we ordered. Check in was very slow and would have benefited from two members of staff. We stayed one night which I was glad about as the landlord was not great. Before we got in two beers bottles were left open on porch from previous people The land pod was covered with cobwebs and a few spiders inside and had not been wiped over for a long time. The only thing done was a new bin bag and clean bedding. I even found a crushed pecan nut in the sleeping area with fur on it. Luckily I packed wet wipes and after 15 mins we managed to clean the worst of the webs. The land pod was basic but cosy, which we expected but not a sealed unit with a large gap under the door for bugs to get in. Eek! The bedrooms were very small ( but we knew they were small doubles) however for anyone slightly larger it would be uncomfortable as the back sleeping area where my husband and I slept my nose was practically against the wall and was very clostophobic! It was well insulated and warm inside but the sides did lift quite frequently with the strong winds. This was in July so must be very loud in winter!
Coach Guest House

The Coach Guest House is perfectly located as base to experience all Tenby has to offer. Mike is an excellent host, gives such a warm welcome and has amazing knowledge of the towns amenities. The bedroom was huge, the bed extremely comfortable and the unsuite was fab! I like the fact that there was a mini fridge with complimentary water - great touch! Not all B&Bs have that but should! The breakfast selection was really good with cereals, fruit & yoghurt on offer as well as a full English if desired, all cooked by Mike...a man of many talents, clearly. Overall I would say that it was a very pleasant stay & I couldn't find any reason why we wouldn't want to visit again!

Had a lovely stay here and would most definitely come back -The room was clean and of a good size. There was a gothic/steam punk theme with a great colour scheme. Storage space and a wardrobe. 2 windows, one with a sea view. Wooden floors with a rug -The bed was comfortable with lots of extra cushions, side shelves with separate lamps and a large tv with freeview -Bathroom was a little compact but had a full bath with an average shower and Ebony toiletries -Breakfast was fab - lots to pick from with cereals, fruits, juices. The coffee was filter coffee (cafetière) and the cooked meats were of a really high standard. There were also veggie options and you didn’t get less. Breakfast was included with the room rate -the lobby and rooms look much fresher and high quality than the images I’ve seen on trip advisor so wondering if there had been refurbished either way I loved the decor, very high end - the hotel is located at the south beach which is handy for a dip in the sea (when I stayed the tide came in during the morning and the south beach didn’t re-appear until much later in the day). It’s a fairly steep walk down steps to the beach or walk down the street for paths -parking is a short walk away (350m). It cost £20 for 3 nights at the seafront car park. 5 arches cost £9 per day -the shops, pubs, restaurants etc are literally a stones throw away but the location is just far enough from the main drag to be reasonably quiet. I could hear the sea. Negatives - the Wi-Fi is pretty intermittent, this seems to be the case throughout Tenby with many dead spots with zero signal but it helped keep my boyfriend off his phone!

Heywood Spa Hotel

We stayed as a family of 3 adults over 2 rooms for 7 nights. The rooms were both lovely and had everything we needed, lots of storage room, huge bed, and toiletries replaced daily The breakfasts were amazing with a choice of a cooked options as well as the traditional cooked breakfast together with a good continental section. We had our evening meal in the hotel twice during our stay and it was lovely both times The cocktails were also delicious. We made good use of the pool and hot Tubs and each had a spa treatment which was lovely and relaxing Every member of staff was lovely and friendly and couldn’t do enough for us all We will definitely be returning in the future
