Villas in Phuket Province, Thailand

Good villa with private pool, you need to rent a car or motorbike to see more on the island. Everything was good and there a little cafe that is named origami that sells really good food!

We stayed here for seven nights and wished we booked more time here. But, we didn’t know what the Resort would be like from Goggle search. I loved it here and will be coming back for sure! The Kiri Resort is tucked away in Amphoe Thalang and away from the main road. We were in Canal 5 and looking around the Resort there were only 10 or so. There are some permanent residences here in the gated section. Plus the Red Room Suites has about 12 rooms, so, not a big resort which suited us. It is set in local rural Phuket and you will need a vehicle to get to places. The nearest 7/11, mini Tesco Lotus and Super Cheap are about 2km, turning right out of the Resort. But, do go into the local stores near the Resort, you can beers and all sort at local prices. Our pool villa is awesome and clean. We spent 4/7 days by the pool and an occasional trips to the beaches. Our two bedrooms suite is fully equipped for self-catering. There was a full set of kitchen equipment and condiments for use. There was even washing up liquid and sponge which were often neglected in other self-catering Resort. In your room, there is a red disc thing with plug, it is a mosquito 🦟 destroyer, which works like a treat! The villa was equipped with air-con and fan. Internet was amazing as we’d logged in to work on our laptops. TV reception was a bit poor but we had our HDMI cable and watch films on our phones. However, the bedrooms was missing TV, nightstand and lamp shades which give you no option to read in bed. Our pool was lovely and we used it every day. It gets cleaned every other day of leaves and debris. The pool is about 1.5m depth all the way round. It is not heated but trust me you welcome the cool water on a hot day. We had do not disturbed sign on the door and only remove when we wandered outside for food. Our room was always cleaned very well by friendly maids. You can do your own clothes washing too and it dried overnight. But laundry service is available. We did not use the restaurant service at all because I’d cooked everything. The menu offers looked amazing though. There is a Restaurant here but it is for the Red Room Suites and guest. You ordered breakfast, lunch, dinner for an In-room service but it stopped at 8pm, same time as reception. The price is reasonable. The Resort is manned 24 hours by security but you cannot get 24 hours services because reception closes at 8pm. You have to be organised and either ordered your own cab if you want to go out. To the left of the Resort, there is not much around except a big market about 2km away, which is for locals. It opens on Friday night only but we didn’t know until driving past. We traveled around using the free shuttle service. It was not busy at this time, so we able to ask the driver for an earlier pick up. The shuttle services goes to a large shopping complex with a Tesco Lotus daily at 13.00-15.30 and to Surin beach at 11.00-16.30. There might be more services at summer months. We were lucky to ha

This time, Tedden picked up the residence near Phuket Airport, only 10 minutes by car. The hotel staff was very kind and gave us a map to carefully explain the restaurants, convenience stores, etc. that can be reached in minutes by walking nearby. Excellent value for money, quiet villas, ancient Thai sculptures everywhere, very style, first-class punch cards. Direct access to the pool outside the window. Sleep very comfortably.

Traveling here was part of our honeymoon and we absolutely loved it. We stayed in a lovely little villa with a halal option for breakfast. Everything is so lovely and clean. Sopita at the front desk was very helpful, she helped us organize our itinerary, gave us a lot of advice, and told us where to go. She is truly amazing! Thank you so much, we will definitely be back again.

The 2 bedroom jacuzzi villa was really nice, new, nice furniture. But only new villas, the oder ones were really old and crap, we had at first 4BR garden villa and I couldn’t take a shower cause bathrooms were nasty. We paid for first day completely but came very late in the night-ok its our problem. But at our last day they throw us at 12.30pm outside in the heat with a 2 years old toddler before a 16 hours flight home saying they need to clean the villa for new guests so no late check out possible. We ask 3 times if it’s ok if only the baby sleeps in one room, no need the whole villa, answer were NO. Then they said we can pay for a day and stay there for 3 hours so our toddler can sleep! So no new guest? 😅 What a shame. Saying our baby should sleep outside at 30 degrees heat, wow not a family resort at all… really disappointed and definitely not coming again. The animals (especially roosters) where screaming every morning starting 5am, all the windows are not isolated so you hear everything, no sleep from 5 am! We stayed 15 days and the villa price was very expensive and offering no compromise for 3 hours extension except paying for the hole villa is really rude. The location is ok if you rent a car, because nothing to see around, but there are few really good restaurants nearby and a supermarket, no car needed. Nice new community infinity pool, the old one with children pool has broken floors so not recommend using with kids!

This place is totally stunning, amazingly clean great value and great sleep in many beds to choose from in the villa , en suite room was Beautiful, and the balcony was huge to, all amenities within the villa , I would recommend any body here , it’s still within good budget for luxury

I stayed at this villa with family from Australia and the UK, including one 3yo child. The villa was comfortable and spacious. The swimming pool was a good size and always clean. The staff at the villa were really lovely and helpful. The beds were comfortable, and housekeeping arrived every day to ensure that we always had beds made and linen changed. Bangtao is approximately 30 minutes away from Patong and easily accessible by tuktuk. A good tip, everyone in Thailand has WhatsApp, so exchange details with a driver and this can be a regular and cheaper way to get around. The Pit was a great restaurant in Bangtao (about 5-10 minutes away from the villa), great food and customer service where we were able to drop off laundry, have a meal and collect the laundry all at the same place.

We stayed in the poolside villa and it is not what was pictured. The Villa had not been cleaned properly, the bed was rock hard and the wallpaper was falling off the wall. Aside from that, the villa’s are not in the best location. I recommend staying closer to the beach or up in the hill. The restraunts close by aren’t the best either & the tuk tuk’s Back to the villas are 200 baht each way.

In a word, it feels like home! The hotel price is very suitable, but staying here has completely exceeded the gains and happiness! Facilities: Complete accommodation facilities Hygiene: Very clean, I brought disposable sheets but didn't use them Environment: The location is a little remote, but very quiet, just right for Googlemap navigation. It is a good place to relax, rest, and enjoy the holiday Service: Two local staff, the service is also very good, and the breakfast they make is delicious! ----- Next, start to highlight the key points! If you like quiet, clean, and thoughtful service, you can come here with complete confidence. However! If you care about details and the service is particularly good, consider carefully. The air conditioning here will be louder than in China. There is no 24-hour service when the staff gets off work at night. It really discourages tourists who care about quality and value the service experience to bypass! There are many additional value-added services here that you can't find in any hotel. The proprietress can help you make reservations for boats to go out to sea, rent motorcycles, etc., and will recommend you places to eat, play, and drink. It's a walking Little Red Book! But don't ask directly right away. These services are not your obligation. You still need to understand and respect each other. If you can get along well, you can ask the boss lady how to play. She will be willing to share. As long as you have a motorcycle, it is convenient to go anywhere! It is very close to Karon Kata Beach! I also read some of the previous guest reviews. The basic hotel photos are the same as the scene, very clean and comfortable.

I cannot recommend this place enough! It’s an amazing luxurious villa for groups / families, with individual garage for every villa. So glad we were upgraded to a 3-bedroom villa which was super spacious and spotless. The living room was huge with all the amenities we needed to feel like home. There were 2 huge bedrooms and a smaller room across the pool (the only room without a toilet, but with all the other facilities as in the other rooms). Beds were comfy. The pool was great with direct access from the 2 main bedrooms. We quite like the breakfast as well and it’s worth ti mention that the breakfast is served at the Five Olives restaurant right outside the villa. You can walk there in 2-3 minutes or if you have mobility problems, you can text them in advance and they would take you there on a buggy. Would recommend adding on the floating breakfast (just +800 THB as our original package already included breakfasts) which could make a perfect Instagram post! Special thanks to May and her colleagues for a warm welcome and for taking us to our villa on the buggy on our arrival! A small downside: no early check-in or late check-out available even if requested at the time of booking. Tho I understand it’s never a guaranteed arrangement
