I broke down near home 21st January in the TN20 postcode. Your time estimate for arrival was bettered by your employee Adrian who arrived 5-10 minutes earlier. He was incredibly efficient, courteous, polite, knowledgeable and professional. He could not have done more. He dealt with the whole situation so quickly and in a way that minimised stress and delay (I was due to be at work in Sevenoaks but for the car trouble). Adrian is to be commended and I was totally satisfied by the AA’s performance. 10 out of 10.

Good communication to ease my worry and extremely efficient to act on my case. Professionally to describe the fault of the the calibration. Towed my car with my dog inside to my preferred vehicle repair station. Patrol man Daryl was knowledgeable, patient, friendly and keep us safe. Well done and full satisfaction

We had a completely flat battery in our campervan thst we could not jump start. Phoned Aa and booked a home start for the following day as not an emmergency. They arrived on time, restarted and checked voltage drain etc - identified what was needed (new battery). Pleasant and helpful in advising re how to avoid reoccurring in future. Set up connectors for us without being asked, which was really appreciated.
Very reasonable charge for new battery and trickle charger.

I was recently assisted by the AA when I had a blown tyre on the M25. The service I received was prompt and efficient, but, more importantly, was given with genuine regard for my safety.
The Assistant made, and maintained, contact with me until he arrived, ensured I kept behind the crash barrier while he replaced the wheel, and advised me about driving with a Spacer Saver wheel.
Thorough and reassuring service.

First class service from the AA

Easily contacted by phone, spoke to someone fairly promptly, gave our membership details and communicated our problem with the car. A few online information boxes to fill in, we were then kept informed of arrival time by text message and later phone call from the engineer.
The friendly engineer arrived and soon diagnosed the problem with the handbrake, fixed it, tested the car and we felt reassured by the expert service we had received from the AA

Never use AA again they collected my…

Never use AA again they collected my van used chains to load it unto the back off the truck and scratched the bumper really bad, when I spoke to them about this as I had to put a claim in and waste time taking it to a body shop to a price they just said no we didn’t do that and said take legal advice if your unhappy.. I will never use this service again.

Brilliant service from AA

Brilliant service from AA as usual. Used them twice in recent years and both times arrived promptly and on time. Both mechanics extremely knowledgeable and solved my issue along with helpful advise. Back on the raod in good time. 100% recommend AA. Thank you Paul.

Excellent service from Dan this morning when tyre blew he arrived within 30 mins ensured I was safe he was polite and has excellent customer service skills what a lovely gent he got me safely to tyre shop service fabulous and Dan is an asset to your company many thanks for fabulous service

I had a fantastic experience with David…

I had a fantastic experience with David from the AA during a recent breakdown. From the moment I called for assistance, David was prompt, professional, and incredibly reassuring. He arrived quickly, took the time to assess the situation, and explained everything in a clear and calm manner. His expertise was evident, and his friendly, caring approach made a stressful situation much easier to handle. David safely took my car home, and I couldn’t have asked for better service. I truly hope David is recognized for his outstanding work—he certainly deserves a pay rise or some kind of promotion for the exceptional service he provides!

just wanted to say a huge big massive thank you so much to Glenn for all his help and support tonight with my car.
He was absolutely amazing, so reassuring, helpful, supportive and professional and knowledgeable.
Please make sure he is seriously thanked and rewarded for his outstanding service. I would have been at a total loss and in a difficult situation trying to get home with my daughter without his help and him saving the day, especially in the dark and cold!

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!

Called for breakdown 1845, informed help would be there in the hour. Two females in the vehicle,one 88 years old and freezing cold. Dark and raining. Numerous text messages informing of delayed attendance the last up date was for 2150 estimated time to arrive!!
Had to call a taxi to get my mother home as very frail and had to leave the car in situ. Absolutely disgusting service. Go to Greenflag if you want a professional service. Could not even get through to call centre to speak to anyone.
