[ #HighConservationValue ] Environmental management is at our core as a key pillar in managing all our operations. To prevent environmental impacts associated with our forestry operations, we follow FSC forestry management standards and identify 𝗲𝗻𝘃𝗶𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗲𝘀—including native, endangered, critically endangered, and threatened species—as well as 𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗲𝘀 such as community services and cultural heritage, where potential impacts are identified and evaluated and in turn, measures are generated to prevent or mitigate them. 🌳   🌿 The purpose of monitoring is to gather useful information to evaluate management results and guide management decisions. This helps conserve HCVs within the forest estate and try to avoid, mitigate, or repair environmental impacts if they are identified.
