𝐀𝐋𝐒𝐎 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐞𝐬 𝟏𝟑𝐭𝐡 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐝𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐝 𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞! ALSO has proposed its 13th consecutive dividend increase, reflecting the best cash position in the company's history. The IT market continues to offer attractive growth opportunities, and our long-term strategy has enabled us to achieve outstanding results in 2024. For the past financial year, ALSO reported an EBITDA of EUR 234.1 million, a ROCE of 29.6%, and a record cash balance of EUR 730.9 million. A significant contributor to these results was a 31% increase in cloud revenue, reaching EUR 1,133 million, driven by a rise in unique users to 4.4 million and improved monetization. Our proven 𝐌𝐎𝐑𝐄 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐲 (Maintain, Optimize, Reinvent, Enhance) and its extension through 𝐖𝐈𝐍 (Watch, Identify, Navigate) position us well for the future. We are providing EBITDA guidance for 2025 of EUR 285 to 325 million and expect a ROCE of over 17%, considering agreed acquisitions. In the medium term, we aim for EBITDA of EUR 425 to 525 million and a ROCE of over 25%. Due to our solid liquidity position and excellent prospects, the Board of Directors is proposing an increased dividend of CHF 5.10 to shareholders and planning further share buybacks of EUR 120 million for potential LTI programs and acquisitions.
