At u-blox, our vision is clear: the future with us is precise, smart, and sustainable. 🌍 Speaking of #sustainability, let me share an example of how our technology contributes to #WildlifeConservation. By enabling precise, non-invasive tracking of endangered species such as penguins, rhinos, and pangolins, our technology provides conservationists with the critical data needed to protect these animals and their habitats. With wild species having declined significantly over the last decades, the urgency to preserve biodiversity has never been greater. Our cloud-enabled positioning solution is designed to overcome the challenges of tracking wildlife in remote areas, ensuring that conservation efforts are both effective and sustainable. A nice example of how IoT applications actively contribute to sustainability. Our planet needs more examples like this! Read our latest blog to learn more. Astrocast, a leading global nanosatellite IoT network operator, delisted from Euronext Growth. The company, which has recorded strong growth this year despite harsh conditions, is looking for new funding and has realised that some potential investors are not investing in public companies. Oslo Børs has delisted Astrocast on 20 August in line with the company's application filed on May 31. Despite very harsh conditions, Astrocast continued to acquire more customers and deployed more products in the field. Recent milestones include 300% growth in commercial traffic on Astrocst’s satellite network and 1000% growth in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) since January 2024. The company is now actively looking to engage with new investors to support this growth. CEO of Astrocast | Astropreneur building a sustainable IoT network for the planet using Swiss-made nanosatellites

Dear Network, Yesterday was the last Astrocast trading day on the Euronext Growth Exchange in Oslo. Today, we are once again a private company! Ask any entrepreneur in Switzerland and most will say the same; it is extremely hard to develop a tech startup when limited VC funding is combined with near non-existent public funding. To make matters worse, being a start up in Switzerland also gives limited access to critical EU funding. But this well-known Swiss problem is exacerbated when you build a Space Venture requiring significant up front CAPEX. This has always been a major challenge for Astrocast and has forced us to consider creative ways to get the support that was necessary. Astrocast went public on August 25th, 2021 as the first Swiss company on the Euronext Growth Exchange in Oslo through a direct listing. This was achieved in record time and allowed us to deploy our existing constellation of 18 LEO satellites. From a business maturity standpoint, it was too early to list the company as we were still in a pre-revenue phase, but it provided access to sorely needed capital. Once the initial excitement of the public listing wore off in 2022, being public made it more difficult to access fresh capital, and it lead us to have to cancel a planned dual listing IPO on Euronext Growth in Paris in the second half of 2022, as the market for such completely dried up following the start of the war in Ukraine. At the same time, we would probably not be here anymore, had we not followed that path of an initial listing in Oslo. We are not dwelling on the past and are doing everything we can to build the future, again with limited or no public support in Switzerland. However, we are deeply grateful to our existing investor group who have allowed us to continue to operate during the past two years and supported us through this difficult time. Delisting the company was not easy and it was an uncharted path, but we found a way and we are now again able to raise funds from VCs. We are currently looking for new investors who are interested to join a very lean deep tech startup at attractive conditions. Astrocast operates one of the largest networks of satellites in Europe. It is a beautiful technological success that we are transforming into a commercial success. Despite very harsh conditions, we have continued to acquire more customers and deployed more products in the field, through our amazing solution partners. Since January we have achieved the following: 300% growth in commercial traffic on our satellite network 1000% growth in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) We hope to secure additional funds rapidly to support this tremendous growth and we are actively looking to engage with new investors. We also truly appreciate all the contributions from our many partners and advisors who have helped during these critical times and hope we will find a sustainable path to maintain the first Swiss Satellite operator and support all our customers worldwide!

🌧️📡 Exciting Update from Our Latest Livestock Tracker Test! 🌧️📡 We recently put our LEO-connected livestock tracker to the test under some extreme conditions: a rainy, cloudy day from the 16th floor of a 32-story tower, with half the sky obstructed by the building. 🚀 Despite these challenges, both our Arigus trackers and the Astrocast DK performed exceptionally well. We are thrilled to report that we received 100% of the data from all devices! 🎉🐄 This successful test underscores the robustness and reliability of our tracking solution, even in less-than-ideal environments. We are committed to providing top-notch technology for livestock tracking and ensuring that our devices can withstand various conditions. Stay tuned for more updates, and we’ll be announcing the official launch date soon! 🚀 #Innovation #LivestockTracking #LEO #Astrocast #ArigusTracker #IoT #SmartFarming #TechInAgriculture Astrocast Fabien JordanFatima Vigil

❓ASTROPOLL FRIDAY Over the past decades, the Internet of Things has empowered organisations to create substantial value, seize remarkable opportunities, and achieve notable efficiencies. However, despite these achievements, numerous enterprises still face challenges with their connected products.  According to a Telenor IoT's study, only one in ten companies that launch IoT initiatives reach more than 20 per cent of their targeted volume within the first three years. Similar figures are estimated by Gartner, which shows that 75% of IoT projects will take twice as long as planned, with significant cost overruns. ✍️ Let us know your thoughts in the comments section. #SatIoT #IoTsolutions #satcomms
