Beyond expectation! This is the latest Avancon system installed in an e-commerce warehouse in South Korea. We were able to go beyond our customers' expectations with this installation. The customer asked us to guarantee 3000c/h sorting capacity as the system throughput. Electric cars 🚘 are a revolution in sustainable mobility, offering energy saving and quietness compared to internal combustion vehicles. By reducing the consumption of fossil resources and polluting emissions, these cars improve the urban environment through their silent operation. Similarly, the Avancon ZPC system represents advanced technology with a similar focus on efficiency and sustainability. Like electric cars, the Avancon ZPC system optimises energy consumption by up to 30 % in normal operation, activating only the necessary operating zones and reducing consumption by up to 84% during low activity periods. Both use exceptional materials. Aluminum, known for its lightness, conductivity, recyclability and strength, is used in both cars (for chassis and bodywork) and Avancon conveyors (for the conveyor frame construction), giving them a modern and elegant appearance. Techno-polymers are used in cars for engines, batteries and interiors and many more. In Avancon conveyors, the rollers, the gear system in the OTUs, the control-boxes, the housings for the bearings, the housings of the light barrier, the housings and gear-system for the Avancon BLDC flat motors and others are made from techno-polymers, as polyamide, polyurethane, polypropylene, POM, polycarbonate and ABS and additional compounds and high temperature resistant polymers. Most are known for their low abrasion and high impact resistance, and a wide range of temperature resistance (+5 to +80°/up to 200° C), which guarantee durability and quietness as well as high torsion strength or clear transparency depending on the application. Moreover, the Avancon ZPC system avoids the use of PVC, which is known to release harmful toxins when burned. This choice reflects the company’s commitment to the green practice.
