Her dedication to translational research, combined with her joyful spirit, contagious enthusiasm, and boundless energy, all make her her a key player in shaping Azure’s next exciting stage of development across both research and business fronts!   🔹 Lena Grollmus, MSc joins us as Research Intern, bringing specialized expertise in molecular biology, stem cell biology, and genetic engineering, along with strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail. We’re incredibly grateful for our journey at MassChallenge Switzerland! Being accepted as a finalist into the program just one month after the inception of Azure Cell Therapies from +1,300 startups worldwide was an honor in itself. Now, as a Top-20 winner among 118 high-impact finalists, we are truly humbled! We’re excited to announce that Azure Cell Therapies has been selected as one of the Top 10 Swiss finalists in the India-AIT program for 2024! Out of 82 applicants, our innovative approach to cell therapies stood out, and we are proud to join this fantastic group of pioneering startups.   Special thanks to Venturelab, ZHAW Zurich University of Applied Sciences, and Swissnex in India, Consulate General of Switzerland for this fantastic opportunity, and for putting-together such a dynamic program ahead.   We look forward to collaborating with 9 Indian startups, connecting with global industry leaders, and exploring opportunities to scale our innovations in India in the coming months!  

Last week, we had the privilege of advancing our MassChallenge Switzerland journey, reconnecting with fellow innovators, and engaging with an inspiring panel of speakers, investors, and mentors. The highlight? Wrapping up the week by celebrating second-place in the 1-minute pitch contest, where we focused on educating the audience about Parkinson's disease! Congrats to the collective effort of our MC pitching team - Reify Nutrition, Noovi Ag, and Azure Cell Therapies - and a heartfelt thank you to the MassChallenge Switzerland organizers for yet another outstanding week.
