bta first travel – 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗺𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗳𝗳𝗵𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗻
On September 4th and 5th, the managers of bta first travel gathered in Schaffhausen for two unforgettable days of exploration, collaboration, and inspiration!
Day 1 was a perfect mix of adventure and camaraderie. After settling in at the central and friendly Vienna House by Wyndham hotel and enjoying a light lunch, we split into small groups for the Explorial city hunt—a fun and interactive way to discover Schaffhausen! Laughter and excitement filled the afternoon as we navigated through the charming streets. In the early evening, we went on to a breathtaking visit to Rhein Falls, Europe's largest waterfall—a stunning sight that left us all in wonder. We closed the day with a delicious dinner at the enchanting Schlössli Wörth restaurant, where great food and even better company made the evening truly special.
Day 2 brought a shift in focus to rich, insightful discussions and planning. The full day of meetings began with engaging presentations from the Management, followed by insights from our Sales & Account Management, Operations, and Technology departments. Branch Managers also shared exciting updates from their respective offices.
To wrap up the day, we had the pleasure of welcoming Thomas Mändli from Rhyfall Mändli (https://lnkd.in/ghC_HPp8 ) a family business with traditions dating back to 1717. Thomas shared fascinating stories, and the innovations that will shape their future—truly an inspiring close to a dynamic day.
These two days were more than just productive—they were filled with energy, connection, and unforgettable moments. It was a time of growth and shared vision that each of us will cherish moving forward.
