🌏✈️ We recently had an incredible week in China, traveling between Xi'an and Beijing, to present the "Joint Short-Course on MDAO Using CEASIOMpy, Software towards Digital Twin," organized by AVIC Xi'an Aeronautics Technique Research Institute in association with the Computing and Simulation Branch of CSAA and the Aeronautical Key Laboratory of CFD. In collaboration with Mengmeng Zhang, founder of Airinnova AB, and Professor Arthur Rizzi from Kungliga Tekniska högskolan, we demonstrated the capabilities of CEASIOMpy applied to MDAO to the esteemed organizations AVIC International Holding Corporation, 西北工业大学, COMAC, and Tsinghua University. We also had the privilege to present the Chinese edition of the book "Aircraft Aerodynamic Design with Computational Software" by Professor Arthur Rizzi and Professor Jesper Oppelstrup of KTH. We are deeply grateful to our Chinese partners for kindly hosting us and for sharing their impressive work in the field. It was a fantastic opportunity to exchange knowledge and explore potential collaborations in aircraft design. We look forward to building on these interactions and hope for many fruitful collaborations in the future. Stay tuned for more updates as we continue to push the boundaries of aerospace engineering! #AerospaceEngineering #AircraftDesign #MDO #CEASIOMpy #Innovation #Research #China #Airinnova #KTH #Collaboration #NPU #COMAC #Tsinghua #AVIC #CFSEngineering
