This is especially true in low- and middle-income countries, and for rural young women. Stimulating inclusive rural transformation is essential to promoting decent jobs for young women in the agri-food sector, finds Chiara Curcio, Ph.D, Technical Officer, Youth Employment from International Labour Organization and Global Initiative on Decent Jobs for Youth.
