What an incredible week it’s been! We had the absolute pleasure of meeting ESL teams from all across Europe, along with our amazing partners flying in from Korea, Hawaii, Malta, Canada, Australia — you name it! Over 150 passionate people from all over the world came together with one shared goal: to take our students’ language learning experience to the next level from the moment they choose us.   And what made it even more special? This year marked the 10th Anniversary of the ESL Workshop! 🎉 A full decade holding our yearly event to keep on building strong partnerships, connecting with over 250 schools around the globe, and continuously improving the way we help students achieve their language objectives. It’s been an incredible journey so far—and trust us, this milestone is just the beginning. There are so many more exciting years ahead!   The week was packed with everything: deep conversations, brilliant feedback, and, of course, lots of celebrations! We laughed, we learned, and we celebrated our shared mission in style. The energy was absolutely buzzing, and we couldn’t be more excited about what’s next.   To everyone who made this week unforgettable—thank you! Let’s keep pushing the boundaries and making magic together. Here’s to the next 10 years and beyond! Special thanks to Taronja, Enforex - Learn Spanish in Spain and Latin America and Expanish Spanish Schools

The Power of Multilingualism in a Globalized World. Did you know that speaking three languages is the European Union’s language policy goal for all citizens? The EU believes that multilingual citizens are better equipped to seize educational, professional, and economic opportunities in an integrated Europe. While English remains the most useful international language (67% of Europeans agree), countries like the Netherlands, Sweden, and Finland demonstrate how multilingualism strengthens economies. In contrast, nations with a single dominant language, such as Britain and France, lag behind. In business, schools like INSEAD recognize the competitive advantage of speaking multiple languages. Multilingualism isn't just about career benefits—it opens doors to new cultures, perspectives, and opportunities. The future truly belongs to those who speak more than three languages! #Multilingualism #GlobalSkills #LanguageLearning #CareerGrowth #InternationalOpportunities

Understanding Japanese business etiquette is essential for successful interactions. These key tips will help you navigate cultural nuances and build strong professional relationships in Japan. 1. Bowing is key in business. The junior person bows first; avoid eye contact. Choose either a bow or handshake, not both. 2. Address people by their family name with "san" (e.g., Tanaka-san). Use given names only when invited. 3. Business cards are crucial. Exchange them with both hands, a slight bow, and place them on the table during meetings. 4. Dress conservatively in dark suits for men and subdued colors for women. 5. Modesty and humility are valued. Speak calmly and avoid excessive gestures. Mastering these cultural nuances can set you apart in international business. Would you add any other tips? Let us know in the comments. 😉 #BusinessLanguage #GlobalBusiness #CulturalEtiquette #LanguageLearning
