Exentis 3D Screen Printing is a unique technology that allows for industrial large-scale production. Additive Screen Printing is universally applicable: For industrial parts with micro precise structures or clean room applications like tablets with active ingredients and a freely adjustable release profile. Nearly any material available in powder form can be processed to a printable paste: metals, ceramics, polymers, pharmaceutical or bio-printing products. The highly flexible additive production technology combines micro-precise part structures and rework-free part geometries with advantageous cost-benefit ratios. The cold printing process in use is sustainable and conserves materials as well as resources. Exentis is domiciled near Zurich, Switzerland, and has facilities and subsidiaries in Switzerland, Germany, and the USA. Customers, as members of the Exentis 3D community, can choose between buying their own production system or having Exentis produce millions of applications for them via contract manufacturing. At the heart of Exentis’ philosophy is the promotion of employee satisfaction, motivation, and commitment.
