We could never have imagined what a year 2024 would be for GreenState. It was a year full of challenges, but also full of growth - both for our company and for our team. As a young company in an industry that is constantly on the move, we have learnt a lot. I would like to share some of our most important learnings with you: * The team is everything. A company stands and falls with the people behind it. We would like to thank every single employee who has worked hard to achieve our goals, even beyond regular business hours. * Everything takes more time and budget than expected. Planning is one thing, but remaining flexible and adapting to reality is another - and that is often the key to success. * Change can come suddenly. Sometimes things change overnight for the better, sometimes for the worse. Both challenge us to prove our dynamism and agility. * Changes in strategy bring uncertainty - but also opportunities. This year has shown us how important it is to have the courage to leave old paths behind and pursue new ideas. * Preparation is everything. Exploring other business areas at an early stage and broadening our positioning has helped us to look to the future with greater strength. 2024 has shown us that GreenState's vision lies not only in technologies and strategies, but above all in our people and their tireless commitment.
