Slush 2024 has been an exciting and inspiring event with top-tier start-ups, innovators and industries seeking to drive change and make a meaningful impact in our fast paced-world. Great connections, fresh perspectives and options ahead!   I had the pleasure to share insights about Holcim's commitment to lead the transformation of the construction industry towards sustainability, our decarbonization strategy and the opportunities for start-ups to contribute to our net-zero journey.   It was a pleasure to share the stage with Adelheid Moxon and Andres Garibay, who shared perspectives on operational excellence and digital transformation. 🚀 Slush 2024 Recap: Innovation, Insights & Inspiration 🌟 What an unforgettable couple of days at Slush 2024! A huge thank you to Holcim MAQER Ventures, 27pilots and my amazing Holcim colleagues for making it such a standout event. 🙌 Here are my top 3 (well…. 4!) takeaways from this incredible experience: 1️⃣ Generative AI is everywhere: Startups are moving fast, crafting business and function specific tools that are reshaping industries in real-time. 🚀 2️⃣ Bridging the startup-corporate gap: The challenges startups face when working with large corporations are real. How can we help? By providing ‘a single throat to choke’; a true partner who simplifies collaboration. 🤝 3️⃣ Tech vs. behavior: Building cutting-edge technology is hard, but changing human behavior? That’s an even steeper hill to climb.
