I am Jan Unverhau, the Founder and CEO of Braymont, a Swiss-based investment and advisory firm focused on software and technology businesses. With over 20 years of experience in private equity and investment banking, I have a deep understanding of the financial, strategic, and operational aspects of the technology and software industry, as well as the market trends and opportunities for major financial transactions. As the Managing Director of a vertical market software company based in Munich, I also have a hands-on perspective of the challenges and requirements of running an enterprise software business.
