We are committed to making patient-centric healthcare accessible, especially for communities in developing regions.

Info

KimboCare is dedicated to ensuring equal access to high-quality healthcare with unmatched transparency by leveraging blockchain technology and AI. We believe that access to life-saving healthcare should not plunge households into financial instability but should empower them to lead healthier lives and thrive in all aspects, including education and work. Our innovative "health credits" concept allows individuals to purchase quality healthcare vouchers for their families back home, managing their care remotely with complete peace of mind. Organizations also utilize our services as part of outcome-based health impact programs or employee benefit schemes to advance global healthcare access. Currently operational in select countries across Asia, South America, and Africa, we are driven by our passion to create a more medically and financially inclusive world, contributing to the UN SDGs, particularly SDG #3 "Health and Well-being." As an active participant in the United Nations Global Compact, we uphold the highest standards across four key pillars: Human Rights: We are committed to respecting and promoting human rights in all our operations. Our patient-first approach to equity prioritizes empathy across all interactions. Decent Work: We provide a safe, inclusive, and supportive work environment, offering fair wages, growth opportunities, and a culture that values diversity and equality, ensuring all employees can thrive. Environment: Committed to environmental sustainability, we minimize our ecological footprint by prioritizing digital communications and limiting travel to essential activities. Anti-Corruption: Integrity is at the heart of KimboCare. We require commitment to our “zero tolerance of bribery” policy from staff and partners for enhanced accountability and ethical conduct. Supported by organizations like Microsoft, Nasdaq, Deloitte AG, MassChallenge US, Innosuisse, and EPFL, we are making strides advancing global health. Keep informed. Follow us.

After decades of discussing capacity building to strengthen emerging ecosystems in developing countries, isn’t it time to shift toward more realistic, actionable implementation? Is AI truly the Saint Graal for African health systems grappling with constrained budgets while striving for universal access to quality care? Rather than layering AI on top of fragmented, inherited, and overly complex structures, why not seize this opportunity to design AI solutions that are tailor-made, resilient, and better aligned with local realities? These are some of the questions I’m eager to explore as KimboCare shares the stage with inspiring leaders like Sofiane OUAARI, Safia Agueni, Yassine Abdeldjebbar, and many others. Together, we can boldly articulate a vision that brings quality care within reach for low-income populations across the globe. Grateful to Nagib A. and his team DuoKey, Trust Valley, Mouloud Khelif , and Algeria Venture for enabling this important dialogue during the African Startup Conference.

Hello everyone, Unfortunately, we didn't win the 3rd edition of the Digital Health Hackathon. But this experience has taught me so much, and it doesn’t diminish the hard work we put in. In the tech field, having a great program isn’t enough; knowing how to sell it is just as crucial. One key takeaway from this journey is clear: being a good developer is essential, but mastering the art of selling your ideas is even more important. I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to KimboCare for giving me the opportunity to participate in this amazing event. A big thanks as well to their partners for making this event a success. And, of course, a special shoutout to our mentor, Aissatel AMET , for her endless support and guidance throughout the hackathon. #Innovation #HealthTech #Blockchain #ArtificialIntelligence #KimboCare #DigitalHealth #ProudToPresent

“This is exactly what I needed right now.” What would it take to inspire employees to share those magic words with colleagues and benefit leaders in their most critical moments? Katie Nedl, Leader of Global Benefits at McKinsey & Company, reveals how her team crafted a thoughtful 4-pillar inclusive benefit strategy that resonates deeply with colleagues. Flip through the slides to learn more. Here is my "informed" spin on getting to those precious words! 🥇 - Going above and beyond when people need it the most: high-touch support in critical moments may appear to be costly but inevitably leads long-term health, thus bottom-line impact. 🎈 - Creating more freedom to choose: this is about flipping the narrative. Instead of targeting the same 80% of colleagues, why not focus on the last 20% that often gets overlooked? For example, KimboCare can help you channel unused Wellthy dollars to support employees with loved ones overseas. 🎗️ - Helping with whatever keeps someone up at night: mental health distress can literally cost employees a full workday each week. This issue often flies under the radar, especially in larger organizations. That's why it’s crucial to invest in tackling root causes (vs. rolling out another solution that tackles symptoms only) and zeroing in on the specific life demands that hold talent back from being and performing at their best. ✨ - Embracing proactive, creative outreach: diverse employees bring unique needs. With over 90% of HR leaders citing communication as a major barrier to discovering and using benefits long-term, it’s crucial to think outside the box. Consider going back to basics by incentivizing word-of-mouth through dedicated platforms. After all, employees love bragging about their favorite benefits! Your turn--what unique strategies have you seen promote inclusive workplaces? #EmployeeWellbeing #InclusiveBenefits #EmployeeEngagement #PeopleSustainability #Caregivers
