Die L‘OCCITANE Group entwickelt, produziert und vertreibt Naturkosmetik- und Wellness-Produkte, die ein neues und außergewöhnliches Schönheitserlebnis bieten. Als internationale Gruppe mit 8 führenden Marken sind wir in mehr als 90 Ländern vertreten. Unser Ziel ist es, Marktführer im Bereich der Naturkosmetik zu werden. Für unsere Marken verwenden wir die besten Inhaltsstoffe, um in Verbindung mit innovativen Extraktionsprozessen und überliefertem Wissen die ganze Kraft der Natur auszuschöpfen. Mit unseren kompetenten F&E-Teams und in unseren Labors in Südfrankreich, Brasilien und Korea entwickeln wir Formeln und Produkte, die die Erwartungen übertreffen und neue Industriestandards setzen. Dazu gehören mehr als 50 Produktpatente. Unser weltweites Netzwerk aus über 3.000 Verkaufsstellen umfasst auch mehr als 1.500 eigene Boutiquen. Unsere kundenorientierte Vertriebsstrategie auf Omnichannel-Basis bereitet unseren Kunden ein integriertes Einkaufserlebnis und ermöglicht ihnen den Kontakt mit den Marken über zahlreiche Kanäle, wobei Qualität und Service auf allen Ebenen gewährleistet sind. Seit der Gründung der Marke L'OCCITANE en Provence im Jahr 1976 sind verantwortungsvolles und nachhaltiges Handeln Kernprinzipien unseres Unternehmens.     Planting one Million Trees in China… Since 2022, The L’OCCITANE Foundation has supported the Shanghai Roots and Shoots Million Trees project – giving individuals and organisations the opportunity to fight climate change by planting oxygen-producing trees in the Maowusu desert, in the North of China. We’ve seen 310,000 trees planted so far, with over 333,000 square meters of previously desertified land regenerated and reforested.     L’OCCITANE Group at the Biodiversity and Economy Forum Fleur AMIGON, Public Affairs & Sustainability Advocacy Associate, represented the Group at the Biodiversity and Economy Forum, organised by the French Biodiversity Agency (OFB) at the Cité des sciences et de l'industrie in Paris on 13 November 2024. The forum was an invaluable opportunity to reflect on key insights from #COP16, explore the latest developments in biodiversity certificates, and discuss the increasing role of the private sector in funding biodiversity conservation and regeneration. Key insights highlighted the growing engagement of the private sector in biodiversity topics, with over 3,000 business representatives participating in COP16 - triple the attendance at COP15. Discussions focused on the growing awareness of European businesses' reliance on nature, with 72% highly dependent on biodiversity, and the vital role of the private sector in contributing to the commitments of the #GlobalBiodiversityFramework (GBF). This event reaffirms the importance of collaboration to protect natural ecosystems and secure sustainable futures for businesses and communities alike.
