One of the standout concepts was the innovative "speed boat model" for digital transformation, which enabled a legacy company to pivot swiftly and effectively in response to market disruptions.   Key Highlights: Systemic Vision: Moving beyond simple objectives to a comprehensive approach that includes new ways of working and learning. Dynamic Networked Organization: Encouraging cross-functional and cross-hierarchical collaboration to drive business initiatives. Speed Boats: Small, autonomous business projects that operate with special rules and resources, enabling rapid experimentation and learning.
