Our third certified organic food product: The organic pea protein mix with our unique vitamiNˈ co. - vegan - organic - allergen-free vitamiN' co stands for our natural source of vitamin B12 and is the result of a sophisticated fermentation process using yeast extract as a growth substrate for the non-GMO, naturally B12-producing bacteria. The pea protein extract is fermented, too, in order to provide a raw material that is improved in taste. The mix contains per g of powder 2.5µg of B12, which corresponds to 100% of the nutrient reference value in the EU. It is primarily intended for food manufacturers to mix into various foods so that they become a natural source of B12.
