Optimal production results can only be achieved if all parameters for fineblanking systems are harmonized. The heart of this system is a customized tool. Sven Hofstetter, Director of Tooling and Technology at Qcision and the speaker at the event, is convinced: “In terms of quality and part costs, there are major advantages of investing in a transfer tool instead of a progressive tool.” Markus Schaltegger, CEO of Qcision, together with his on-site Management Tan Yudi, General Manager, and Chen Li, Sales Director, draws a positive conclusion of the customer and event visit in China. Markus notes: “I am very pleased with the technological progress and the dedication to further develop the solutions I see here." At this important event for the fineblanking industry in China, we are keen to share the technical expertise we have built up over many years with industry representatives and contribute to their success. We value the dialogue with colleagues, giving us the opportunity to learn more about the needs of our customers. #Congress #Metalworking #Fineblanking #Forming #China #TechnologySolutions

𝗤𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗺𝗲𝗲𝘁𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝘅𝘁 𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻! At our Qcision press competence center in Jona, we happily open our doors to curious young minds on the "Nationaler Zukunftstag 2024" (National Future Day). Stepping into the assembly facility, the youngsters are impressed by its large dimension, where high-end machines are manufactured to produce precise metal parts in high volumes. To get an insight of how important electric work is within press-construction, the children soldered a Christmas tree under the lead of our automation engineering trainees, Joël and Andrin. Markus Fretz, head of electrical assembly and apprenticeship training at Qcision, is pleased about the event: "I am happy to see that the loved ones of my colleagues are interested in our work and environment. Furthermore, it’s a valuable experience for our apprentices to lead the workshops and share their knowledge." The National Future Day is an annual event in Switzerland, in which children can join their parents and other loved ones to work and get insights into the business world. It also aims to let children explore careers and industries that are typically dominated by the opposite sex, promoting equality and diversity – Two values Qcision strongly supports. Qcision is excited to inspire the next generation of a talented and skilled workforce. We thank our colleagues and young visitors for an exciting day, filled with new experiences and discoveries. #Opportunities #Culture #Switzerland #Workshop #Zukunftstag

𝗤𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗜𝗡𝗘𝗖𝗙𝗜 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗲𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗲𝗱 🚀 When Spanish manufacturing company INECFI, S.L. FINEBLANKING decided to expand their fineblanking capacities, they turned to Qcision, formerly known as Feintool Technologie AG. “The cutting-edge technology and high-quality support make Qcision a trusted partner for many years”, explains Romualdo Miro crusats, owner and CEO of INECFI. This acquisition marks the first servomechanical Qcision XFT Press installed in Southern Europe. The XFT 2500 Speed fineblanking press offers decisive advantages: From enhanced productivity to a high level of flexibility and performance. The excellent press stiffness enables a long tool life even at high production speeds. In addition, the press is designed to be energy-efficient and consequently reduces production costs. INECFI’s decision to invest in the Qcision XFT 2500 Speed Press was driven by two main factors, Romualdo Miro, owner and CEO of INECFI says: “The fineblanking press will outperform our existing mechanical presses with its excellent performance. Its precision and speed will increase our production and meet the demands of state-of-the-art manufacturing. Also, the energy saving features of the XFT 2500 Speed convinced us.” Read the full story here: https://lnkd.in/exWCa2Zs Your contact for competitive advantages in fineblanking systems: fineblanking@qcision.com #Manufacturing #Innovation #Partnership #Qcision #INECFI #Fineblanking
