Unlocking Egypt’s Hidden Treasure: The Power of Its Youth 💎 For years, we have known that Egypt is full of natural resources that could generate a huge income for the country, as it should 🌍. But over the past two years working at Remotecoders, I discovered that the greatest source of income for Egypt could be its youth themselves 👩💻👨💻. At Remotecoders , we provide opportunities for young people who have solid tech basics through practical work 💡, and then we give them basic training, not very advanced. After that, we help them secure internships with one of the Swiss companies we partner with 🇨🇭. We expected that 50% of the youth would succeed with us, but the surprise was that almost all the companies we work with are very convinced of the youth’s potential 🚀. This has given us a great opportunity to grow in the entire European market 🌐. From here, we have become more and more certain that the biggest treasure in Egypt is its youth 💎, not only Egyptians but also all the wonderful people from neighboring countries who have become part of the community. With simple training and plenty of support, these youth could become a huge resource for Egypt 🇪🇬.
