We stepped back from the daily grind to invest in our most valuable asset: 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺'𝘀 𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗹-𝗯𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴. 🌱 The day started with a thought-provoking workshop on burnout. We explored its causes, and effects, and learned valuable strategies to prevent it. Our colleagues openly shared their experiences, which underlined that anyone can be affected. This was a powerful moment of shared experiences and collective learning. Thank you, Milana Stamenković, Mila Muškić, Sanja Vojimirović, and Irena Mehoj from our Serbian office, for organizing such an insightful workshop. Your dedication to the team's well-being is nothing short of inspiring! 💛 Next, we transitioned into an energizing office workout session, focusing on simple exercises and healthy eating tips to keep us feeling our best. Because a healthy mind needs a healthy body! 🏃♀️ 🥗 To wrap up the day, we enjoyed a hilarious "guess the colleague" game and heard interesting stories from our newest team members. Thank you, Nora Kouidri, Anja Jovanovic, and Aleksandra Jovanovic for organizing one of the funniest game sessions we had in a while. What a day!
