The company provides the management consulting and SDG Reporting for the Small and Middle-sized Companies in Switzerland. We help to assess the feasibility of the Plan for Creating Shared Value to become more competitive on the market and to adapt its Contemporary Corporate Responsibility model to the new realities. The primary objectives are to assess if the company possesses the necessary resources to become a strategic Social Innovator; to identify what was already done in this regard, what is required to introduce, the key success drivers and other. We help to create a toolkit and reporting framework for organisation to assess the impact of the new social innovation model on the business. To address the objectives we will provide the Design-Thinking workshops that address the issues and opportunities, to provide insights and guidance on the practicalities of the themes.
