🤫 Psst, something exciting is happening at our factory in the heart of the Swiss Alps! 🏔   The #Next1, our 6500W single-phase #InverterCharger ⚡ is taking its first steps on the production line in preparation for its market launch in the coming months. To offer you the very best next1, we are currently setting up a production line designed to meet the strict requirements of this new inverter-charger 🔋 Every detail is carefully considered to ensure perfect control of the production flow, optimisation of the industrialisation process, and consistent product assembly quality.   Thanks to their extensive practical experience, our assembly teams play a key role in identifying improvements and proposing adjustments to the production process. The manufacturing procedures 📋 will then be updated, ensuring that each device will be assembled with the same precision.   The automated test benches will be refined over the next few weeks.   The goal of all this preparation? To guarantee #SwissQuality, efficiency, and conformity at every stage of the manufacturing process for the product launch in the coming months.   What’s the next1 and what can it do? 😉 We’ll tell you in the coming weeks with posts about its functionalities. Keep connected! 🔔   #SwissMadePower

⛰ The Rifugio San Giuliano (1,960 m), located in the spectacular setting of Caderzone Terme (Trento), is an isolated refuge accessible only by foot or helicopter 🚁   This location means that it must be completely #Self-Sufficient in energy ⚡ a task that has been achieved since 2014 through a combination of #Photovoltaic solar power, hydroelectricity, battery storage and a diesel generator for emergencies.   With the increase in the refuge's #Energy requirements and the ageing of the batteries 🔋 (sulphation after 10 years), the system needed to be modernised.   Initial system (2014): 7.35 kWp of solar panels 6 kW Pelton turbine Storage: 24 OPzS 1000Ah (48 kWh) Inverters: 2 xth 6000 (for the Pelton turbine), 2 xth 8000 (to supply the refuge) Back-up diesel generator 🛢 + hydrogen fuel cell   Improvements made: Solar power increased by 3.8 kWp ➡ total 11.15 kWp New OPzS 2000Ah #Batteries (96 kWh) for greater autonomy Addition of a high-voltage MPPT regulator #vs70   The Pelton turbine was generating voltage instabilities due to the variable flow 💧 of water in the river. To guarantee a pure sine wave, the two #Xtender xth 6000 connected to the turbine were separated from those dedicated to the refuge's loads, thus stabilising the power supply to the restaurant and hotel accommodation.   🎯 The result of this improvement: a system that's more robust, more autonomous and ready for years to come!   Thanks to our partners: Giampaolo Mosca - INGEO Maurizio Battistella - ENERECO Claudio Polla - Maintenance Diego Valentini - Shelter manager   🔌 Bringing energy to the mountains is always a source of great satisfaction for us! #Offgrid

Thank you Michael Wollny and Hans-Anton Bregy 😊🙏 Today, we would like to express our gratitude to two exceptional colleagues who are marking the end of a chapter with us. Michael Wollny, since joining our company in 2014, you have made an invaluable contribution to it 💡 Bringing with you an extensive experience, particularly in the field of #Offgrid systems ⚡ you quickly became a key asset to our team and clients, providing them with valuable insights and innovative ideas. Your deep understanding of the market 🌍 your dedication and professionalism has played a key role in supporting our customers and partners with their projects, who have greatly appreciated your collaborative spirit and expertise 🤗 You have decided to leave for personal reasons, and we wish you all the best for the future. We are also pleased to announce that Jérôme Faytre is taking over the sales activities previously managed by Michael who will support us in training his successor. Hans-Anton Bregy, over the last five years, you have delivered exceptional #TechnicalSupport to our customers, consistently demonstrating an outstanding level of expertise and professionalism 🛠 Your deep knowledge and ability to troubleshoot complex projects have played a key role in enabling our customers and partners to successfully complete numerous projects across the globe, often under challenging circumstances 💪 Your emphasis on providing detailed, personalized support 🤝has fostered strong trust and satisfaction among our clients, who frequently expressed their appreciation for your dedication. Over the last few months, our new #Next1 #Inverter has been extensively tested to guarantee its quality and performance before entering the market. A key step is the electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) tests. 💡 Did you know that EMC tests are mandatory for all electrical appliances? They guarantee: ✅ That the device does not emit any disturbance that could disturb other devices. This may be due to radiation or interference from cables. ✅ The immunity of our single-phase inverter to other equipment emissions. These tests are complex and require considerable equipment. Thanks to our partnership 🤝 with HES-SO Valais-Wallis, we benefit from a local solution (less than 5km) for precompliance. Without this, we would be forced to travel more than 150 km, with heavy equipment and our teams. This collaboration enables us to guarantee that our products comply with international standards, while avoiding CO2 emissions 🌳 by travelling to an institute a long way from our factory. Thanks to the team on site

🤩 The variotrack vt 65/80 will be upgraded from 150 to 175Vdc! Over the last 10 years, #SolarModules have become more accessible 💰 and efficient. The size of modules and the number of cells have also changed. From 60 cells, the standard has risen to 72 or even 144 half-cells. This has led to changes in a variety of technical data: open-circuit voltage ⚡ current, temperature coefficients, etc. In response to these developments, we will be upgrading our #vt65 and #vt80 models from an input voltage of 150 to 175Vdc. They will become vt 65-175 and vt 80-175. It will be possible to connect 🔌 3 large 72-cell panels to the vt 65/80-175, while allowing you to keep a comfortable margin at the maximum operating #Voltage, even if the ambient temperature is low 🥶 In addition to open-circuit voltage, other improvements will be made to these new variotracks: - Improved efficiency thanks to strict selection of electronic components. - Improved internal construction for better thermal management. The device will be able to deliver the same #Power at an ambient temperature 5 degrees higher 🌡 These new models will be available from March 2025, at the same price as their 150Vdc version. 📉 Drop in the price of the vt 40 by 2025! We will apply a 20% reduction to the price of vt 40 from 2025. It will also be called vt 40-145 from 2025.

😮 Did you know that our partner GETEK AS has made and delivered an exceptional #EnergySupply system to these sites thanks to our #Inverters? Here are just some of the incredible places that now benefit from energy: ❄️ Spitsbergen. One of the world's most northerly islands, where our inverters can meet the unique challenges of the Arctic climate. 🧊 Tor, in Antarctica. A hostile region where every watt counts, and where our products prove their robustness in #ExtremeConditions 🥶 🏝 Bouvet Island. Considered to be the most isolated place on Earth, Bouvet Island is now connected🔌 to a reliable source of energy! They may have delivered the most northerly and southerly Studer inverter in the world. Thanks to Morten Gaustad and GETEK AS for their trust in our #SwissMadeProducts #Offgrid
