Swiss Quantum Initiative at the Swiss Quantum Days 2025 The Swiss Quantum Initiative (SQI) is actively contributing to the Swiss Quantum Days 2025 in Arosa with three key events: 🔹 An update by Nicolas Gisin, President of the Swiss Quantum Commission (SQC), on the initiative’s achievements, future activities, and challenges. 🔹 A roundtable discussion, led by Nicolas Gisin, bringing together experts from government, industry, politics, and academia to discuss key topics such as talent development and investment in quantum technologies in Switzerland. 🔹 A panel discussion, moderated by Marieke HOOD(GESDA - Geneva Science and Diplomacy Anticipator), featuring Nicole Schaad (Staatssekretariat für Bildung, Forschung und Innovation SBFI), Klaus Ensslin (ETH Zürich), Parisa Fallahi (Basel Precision Instruments GmbH), and Grégoire Ribordy (ID Quantique). The panel will explore international collaboration and the societal impact of quantum technologies, engaging directly with the audience. These events aim to strengthen Switzerland’s quantum ecosystem and to foster dialogue within the community and raise awareness of how quantum advancements both influence and are shaped by international collaboration, political frameworks, and public discourse. #SQD2025 #IYQ2025 #QuantumTech Akademie der Naturwissenschaften Schweiz (SCNAT)
