Swiss Who’s Who is the recognised reference on influential people in all fields and the only tool of its kind in Switzerland. This 2022 edition contains about 1,500 biographical notices of which 300 new profiles have joined Swiss Who’s Who from the previous edition. In 2015, starting from a blank canvas, we reintroduced Who’s Who to Switzerland after a 20-year absence. It was a challenging exercise but, convinced of the legitimacy of our initiative and the need to reunite Swiss talents, influencers and decision- makers in one authoritative tool, we delivered an ambitious and successful first print edition. The present edition continues to apply those principles vital to a serious Who’s Who publication: (1) a rigorous selection, (2) a diversity in the profiles represented, (3) a verification of the information to the fullest extent possible, (4) a standard format for each entry, (5) the mention of contact details. Swiss Who’s Who is neither a short-lived magazine nor a list of celebrities. It is equally a dictionary of our notable contempo- raries, a communication and public relations tool, a selective address book, a photograph of Switzerland and proof of the country’s diversity and dynamism. Quite simply, the aim of Swiss Who’s Who is to promote leading figures from each corner of our country who, in their respective fields, shape the Switzerland of today and tomorrow. Swiss Who’s Who is a reliable business tool that can be used every day, and a valuable source of information that will remain in the country’s history. For those who figure in Swiss Who’s Who, as well as for its users, it is recognised as an ideal tool to connect to a highly qualitative network.

Sophie Dubuis, membre du CA de Migros Genève depuis 4 ans, succède à Frédéric Berney dès le 1er juillet 2024. Elle présidera le conseil aux côtés de David Rochat (nommé vice-président), Bénédicte Montant, Jean-François Zimmermann ainsi que deux nouveaux arrivants Dominique Zollinger et Pierre-Antoine Binard. D’origine valaisanne, Sophie Dubuis a débuté sa carrière à Zurich puis à Fribourg dans le domaine du tourisme. Arrivée à Genève en 2005, elle travaille d’abord à Palexpo puis dirige le Centre International de Conférences (CICG). En 2015, elle est la première femme à prendre la tête de l’antenne genevoise de Bucherer. Elle a présidé le Conseil de Fondation de Genève Tourisme & Congrès de janvier 2019 à juin 2024. Conseillère en entreprise, Sophie Dubuis siège au Conseil d'Administration de la Banque Cantonale de Genève ainsi qu'au Comité de Suisse Tourisme. Elle est membre du Conseil de Direction de la Fédération des Entreprises Romandes et vice-présidente de l’Union Patronale Suisse. Swiss Who's Who NEXTGEN AWARDS 2024 Last night the Swiss Who's Who celebrated NextGen for the third consecutive year at EHL with the opening message by Markus Venzin, CEO EHL Group. Two prizes were awarded - the SWW NextGen Public Award to Léa Miggiano and the SWW NextGen Jury Award to Pierre Bi. The 7 nominees for the SWW NextGen Awards were: Victor Argand, Alen Arslanagic Chova, Pierre Bi, Sathine Jacquemin, Léa Miggiano, Margaux Peltier and Amélie Reymond. The Masters of Ceremony, Severine Pin and Tara Z., masterfully led the debates. The first part was devoted to ‘questions in the box’, and in the second part the nominees were challenged by our various partners: Matías Marietan from Edmond de Rothschild, Nicolas Delteil from Nestlé Nespresso SA, Antoine Chocque from Jaquet Droz and #OlivierdAgay from the Fondation Antoine de Saint Exupéry pour la Jeunesse.
