This is something that we’ve been working on for a while now. It was almost two years ago when Justin and Erik first asked if we would be interested in hosting the channel. And needless to say, it was a ton of back and forth.
But after a whole lot of talk, we finally came to the realization: we already spend so much time traveling and meeting with filmmakers for R&D as a part of Aputure. So, why not open that up? Why not include all the wonderful, talented creators that we already meet with to talk about not just lighting, but also lessons from set, camera choices, pre-visualization and everything else we’ve been fortunate enough to learn?
