From Austria to South Tyrol in record time. 🇦🇹 🇮🇹 Set to become a reality by 2032, the Brenner Base Tunnel will be the world's longest #railway #tunnel at 64 km, reducing travel time from Innsbruck to Franzensfeste from 80 to just 25 minutes. 🚄 We contributed to the Sillschlucht-Pfons section, one of the largest #construction zones. 🚧 As our client prioritised fast assembly and handling of the systems, we provided three movable and project-specific wall #formwork elements from our construction kit and five reinforcement #scaffolds that exactly met our client's needs. 💪 This approach not only enabled the construction of the 3,600-metre-long partition wall in the main tunnel, but also accelerating reinforcement work and achieving the desired concreting cycle, which made the difference in keeping to the schedule. ⏱️ #PERI #scaffolding #civilengineering #infrastructure #engineeringsolutions #efficientsolutions

New #formworksolutions for Copenhagen's tallest #residentialbuilding. 🏙️ 🔝 In the Carlsberg district, the Pasteurs Tower reaches 120 metres, setting a new height record in the Danish capital. Our engineers played a major role in this ambitious project. They created a solution consisting of our large panel slab #formwork which was used for the very first time in Denmark. 🏗️ Together with our aluminium slab props, our client was able to cast each floor in a fast 6-day cycle. While our rail climbing system reduced crane time, our panel formwork simplified the wall #construction. 💪 With 14,500 m³ of concrete planned, this project is an example of efficient formwork systems. 🚀 #PERI #highrise #engineeringsolutions #efficientsolutions #tower #highestbuildingindenmark

With the AirportAcademy at the Munich Airport in Germany, a 15,000 m² training and innovation centre needed an #architecturalstatement as bold as its purpose. 💡 The challenge for our client? The realisation of a geometrically complex, 250-meter-long concrete structure that not only reflected the runway geometry of the airport 📐, but also had to support the upper three floors. Our solution: ✅ 89 custom-made #formwork units, developed and pre-assembled for easy installation. ✅ Reusable formwork elements to optimise material use and reduce costs. ✅ Precise engineering work that ensured smooth execution of the complex #concretestructure. Helping to create affordable #livingspace? 🏡 We'd love to contribute! With the #residential project in Pamplona, in the north of Spain 🇪🇸, the #architects wanted to give #publichousing a new face. ⚡️ Montpellier’s #energy landscape got an upgrade. ⚡️ In just 5 months, we supported the #construction of a highly modern biomass power plant in France that now converts wood components into #sustainableenergy. 🌱 Our #formwork solutions enabled the creation of 13-meter-high white #concrete walls, which were carefully reinforced with precision drill holes every 88 cm. What’s #PERIskin? 👀 We’ve introduced a new dip coating process at our #formwork plant that’s making a difference. 🌍 Instead of the usually very high temperatures, we’re now coating steel components at room temperature.
