Durant l'un de nos webinaires organisés avec Zalihata Ahamada Lafeuille, Design Ops Manager, nous avons abordé comment le Design Thinking participe à l'amélioration des produits et services en permettant : ☑️ D'apprendre constamment de ses utilisateurs : d'identifier leurs besoins, leurs points de frictions et comment ils parviennent ou non à les résoudre ☑️ De définir ou redéfinir des parcours utilisateurs grâce à des ateliers de cocréation avec les utilisateurs ☑️ De réinventer un service client, en prototypant rapidement de nouvelles solutions pour réduire les temps d'attente et améliorer la satisfaction des utilisateurs ☑️ De développer un produit innovant, en itérant sur des maquettes basées sur les retours directs des utilisateurs pour aligner le produit final avec leurs attentes réelles. Ces exemples montraient comment le "Design Thinking" nous aide à créer des solutions réellement centrées sur l'utilisateur, du concept initial à la réalisation finale. We collaborated with organic coconut oil brand “Sota” to create a packaging design that reflected its identity and values. From the design of the logo to the final packaging, our aim was to capture the natural essence of the product while offering an appealing visual experience. “Sota” is an extra-pure, additive-free beauty milk made from organic Coconut oil. Rich in vitamin E, it is nourishing for the body and protects against the effects of heat. It can be used for body and hair care to strengthen the scalp and combat hair loss. #brandidentity #packagingdesign #creative #branding #brand #design

For our latest VFX video design project, we applied a transparent, participatory process to ensure a smooth, collaborative production. Our method enabled us to transform a simple idea into a successful production, while effectively engaging all stakeholders. Here's how we did it: Framing phase:   From the outset, we organized and created workshops using FigJam, Figma collaborative tools, to enable all stakeholders to visualize and co-create the project stages, from initial ideation through to delivery. This gave everyone a clear overview. 🎨 Co-creation workshops:   We organized co-creation workshops with the creative and technical teams, which enabled new ideas to emerge, challenging the initial ones, both visually and technically. This approach opened up new creative perspectives while ensuring that technical requirements were taken into account from the outset. Stakeholder engagement:   Throughout the project, we integrated key stakeholders at every stage. This not only improved the team's productivity, but also ensured that every decision was aligned with the project's objectives and ability to effectively deliver each of the planned milestones.
