  • ADIPEC 2024 The world largest energy exhibition conference 2024 has comme to the end in ABU DAHBI. Again it was a pleasure participating on behalf of Malega energy. Discussing new technologies, de carbonization and energy transition has been very exciting and interesting. Meeting new suppliers and partners was also very important for the sustainability of the business.

  • CABEF 2024 This year, the CABEF 2024 which was held in Gabon for the 4th edition was an opportunity for all energy stakeholders to come together to discuss how to implement sustainable energy solutions in Central African countries. The CAPS (Central Africa Pipeline System) project is the main objective which aims to improve the living conditions of our populations through the supply of constant energy. As such, Malega Energy Service (MA-ES) had the honor of participating for the third consecutive time in this major sub-regional meeting. It was also great to discuss the opportunities offered by such a project within the panel. This highlighted the importance of the sustainability of the project which will only be achieved with complete control of the entire energy sector (from exploration to production), the only guarantee of energy sovereignty, hence many opportunities for locals. The meeting with His Excellency Gabriel Mbaga Obiang, Chairman of the Strategic Partnership and Financing Committee and Dr. Omar Farouk Ibrahim, Secretary General of APPO (African Petroleum Production Organization) to discuss this issue in detail led to the need to focus on this aspect together with the CAPS. Together, we are charting a path towards a brighter and more sustainable energy future for Central Africa and a better quality of life for our people. It is more than important to invest in our people permanently and to stimulate economic growth through sustainable investment.

  • OTC 2024 As OTC 2024 is now a pass event, it was a pleasure to participate on behalf of Malega Energie service. As decarbonisation was one of the main topic it was natural to question if geothermal could be considered as the cornerstone to clean energy as the world needs solutions that deliver reliable, affordable and responsible energy. Hearing from the key executive players of this domain was quite interesting. It was also nice to connect and meet other energy’s key players for future collaboration and deployment of new products line.

  • Water live cycle management Conference. Ils was wonderful attending the very 1st SPE water live cycle management conference in Abu Dhabi on behalf of Malega Energy service ( MA-ES). Water cut has always been one of the major issue to overcome in the industry. And getting together to seek for solutions and share knowledge has always enabled satisfactory solutions. Very interesting to see how completion design can actually reduce water production as part of knowledge sharing from participants during the conference.
