  • VR Sketching - Leadership (Team communication, collaboration and work) facilitated via XR Technology On NOV 15, 2024, a VR Sketching event hosted by V&R Learning on the topic“Leadership (Team communication, collaboration and work) facilitated via VR Technology”was successfully held at Tinghua wine experience store, Soho The Bund, Huangpu District, Shanghai. It attracted the participation of many senior human resources practitioners and leaders from different industrial top enterprises. During this event, we managed to provide the best taste and visual experience for participants. This event was an innovative, enlightening, and dynamic forum centered on the pivotal theme of leadership. With the support of VR equipment, the event focused on the key point of team communication, collaboration and work, which led each participant to a pure 3D technology world. In the event, with the support of the world's most cutting-edge virtual reality technology, the first Chinese academic facilitator Arthur led the participants to complete the practical exercises of the VR Sketching demo version. The instant feedback from the participants was quite amazing and received continuous praise. The second Chinese technical facilitator Joe led the participants to explore the world of global three-dimensional (3D) immersive learning and showed the world's most advanced technology, product content and best implementation case that can be used in the field of corporate talent learning and development. The participants responded enthusiastically and asked high-quality questions one after another to seek experts' answers. The third American academic speaker Joshua remotely connected to this market event through ZOOM at 1 am local time in the United States, and used his own more than 30 years of corporate coaching services as the best case to deeply analyze and share how XR technology assists and improves the efficiency and results of corporate coaching service, which was full of pracitical and valuable information. She pointed out that ESG reporting is a tool to measure the overall performance of an organization in promoting and implementing sustainability topics aiming to the UN 17 Sustainable Development Goals, and it is also an important rating tool for the investors to assess and making decisions, covering environmental, social and corporate governance, not just carbon neutrality or zero-carbon actions to combat climate change. ESG requires organizations to make practical commitments for their employees, customers, suppliers, communities, partners, and various stakeholders, and to set clear goals and action plans. In particular, she emphasized the impact of the organization on society, in terms of caring for others (employees and various stakeholders), stimulating innovative solutions and development, transformation or changes, CSR solidarity programs, and promoting diversity & inclusion culture. She shared the importance of organizational support to ensure the implementation of sustainability strategy and embark the CSR in the business development decisions.
