On November 18th, Wilson Zhang, CICC's Global Executive Head of Equites participated in a panel discussion titled "Evolving the Interconnectivity for Quality Growth" at the HKEX Connect Summit organized by Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX). He emphasized that HKEX's Connect programme has not only facilitated financial innovation and financial services upgrade for the two markets, but also diversified the investment portfolios held by Mainland investors and has lowered the entry barrier and costs of investment. He also highlighted the significant role of financial institutions in promoting capital flows between the Chinese mainland and global markets. On November 27, S.F. Holding Co., Ltd. ("SF Holding", stock code: 002352.SZ, 06936.HK) made its debut on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The initial public offering raised approximately USD 750 million (before the exercise of the over-allotment option) / USD 863 million (assuming the full exercise of the over-allotment option). CICC acted as the Overall Coordinator, Joint Global Coordinator, Joint Bookrunner, Joint Lead Manager, and Financial Advisor for this offering.   This IPO is the second-largest IPO in Hong Kong since 2024 (assuming full exercise of the over-allotment option) and the second-largest "A-to-H" IPO in Hong Kong since 2023, which is a landmark transaction in the Hong Kong capital market. It is also the first "A-to-H" IPO in the logistics industry, marking a significant event in the trend of the Chinese leading A-share company expanding its footprint in the international capital market.   As the Overall Coordinator and Joint Global Coordinator, CICC leveraged the global distribution network and expertise to provide complete and comprehensive support to SF Holding, which laid a solid foundation for the offering.
