𝐌𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐂𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐬, 𝐌𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐅𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐬, 𝐌𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐌𝐞𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 | This week, we presented the prototype of our Choice Assistance Tool to a group of enthusiastic stakeholders, including many florists. This was a valuable opportunity to gather their feedback: how do they experience the tool, what opportunities or improvements do they see, and how can we ensure the tool perfectly meets their needs?
The Choice Assistance Tool is an evolution of the AI Florist, which was successfully used for Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day in 2024. However, the new tool is designed for all gifting occasions (birthdays, apologies, dinner parties, bereavement, etc.). It helps consumers choose flowers that suit the occasion and the personal traits of the recipient. The tool generates a “flower list” that consumers can take to their local florist. The florist, as a creative expert, handles the rest: crafting a tailor-made, perfect bouquet!
With the Choice Assistance Tool, we support florists by driving more traffic to their stores and ensuring flowers rank high as a top gift option in search engines. Additionally, the tool educates consumers about the symbolism and positive effects of specific flowers.
We aim to launch the tool in Q2. Stay tuned for more updates!
