Founded in 2015, Greentree Group is a real estate investment and asset management firm based in China. Greentree seeks to invest in high-quality, low-cost real estate assets at a significant discount to market price, and drives value by focusing on repositioning, leasing, and reselling. Greentree uniquely capitalizes on China’s Three Red Line Policy by seeking out opportunities that have been overlooked by other investors. We specialize in purchasing property projects enbloc with multiple property deeds, then selling to strata retail investors where the team believes it can achieve outsized risk-adjusted returns. In addition to relying on macroeconomic analysis to drive investment decisions, we leverage our financial aptitude, creativity, and local networks to identify special situations that give rise to idiosyncratic investment opportunities. Greentree has completed over 30 billion in transactions to date and has invested across Zhejiang, Shanghai, Chengdu, Chongqing, Jiangsu, and a variety of property types, including residential, shopping, street-front shops, commercial malls, car parks, and serviced departments.
