Huatai Marine services is one of the fundamental business of Huatai since founded in 1993, providing correspondent services to P&I Clubs and H&M Insurers all over the world, assisting our clients in dealing with various local problems in China 24/7. Our team consists of professionals with rich experiences in marine service and diversified specialized backgrounds including law, shipping, insurance, survey and assessment, etc.. More than half of our colleagues have either the license for lawyer or qualification for senior officer on ships. We have strong and firm support from our shareholder China Re with which we are able to arrange securities to domestic claimants, court and other relevant organizations timely and efficiently to avoid aggravation of losses for our clients. Because of profound knowledge of and extensive contact within the Chinese marine community, we are able to engage the most competent surveyor or lawyer and organize the most suitable claims handling team for each particular case.
