Powder metallurgy is a prime example of precision engineering - similar to baking a cake. Every great recipe starts with carefully measured ingredients, mixed to perfection, shaped in a pan, and then baked into a solid, uniform cake. PM follows the same principles, but we use finely blended metal powders instead of flour and eggs. These powders are compacted in a precision die to form the desired shape, then sintered at high temperatures, where they bond at a molecular level. This process ensures the right density and porosity, producing a high-performance component with minimal waste.
