Last week It was great to be back to our SEDIVER Insulators Shanghai plant 🇨🇳 together with my colleague Kimberley Husson and interact with our Chinese colleagues for our first Ethics & Compliance Days in China during which we navigated through our Compliance Management System and its guidelines and policies with customized training and workshops tailored to the Finance, Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain and HR teams. ▶️ Special thanks to our Local Compliance Representative Jialin Cao for the amazing organization 👏 and to Paolo Daneu for his introduction message 🙏 ▶️ I also would like to thank Nicolas Guillaume and Lisa He from Grant Thornton for starting these Ethics & Compliance Days with a presentation on corruption risks and Chinese anticorruption legal framework ▶️ Cyber security 🔐 was also a key topic on the agenda - Many thanks to Anna Dugnani for her very insightful training. ▶️ Last but not least, I really enjoyed seeing everyone so engaged during the quiz session on our Compliance Management System, it was a fun moment! 🎊🎁🏅 ⏩️In a nutshell, beyond just going through a set of rules, we exchanged on the importance of transparency, accountability and trust for a sustainable and ethical decison-making business.
