Meet Boyang Shen, Founder and CEO of Glopen! 👋

We had the chance to sit down with Boyang and ask him a few questions:
💬 What was the biggest challenge you’ve faced as a founder?
"This is a completely new market that no one has tried before. We know there’s a huge market based on the requests we’ve received, but we need to reach customers globally. To overcome this challenge, we’ve defined our strategy and prioritized tasks: starting with B2B customers, building relationships with B2B2C platforms, and leaving 2C at the end of the pipeline. To identify customers, we’ve been innovative - attending trade shows worldwide, building relationships with organizations and companies that share similar customers, and learning from other industries."
💡 What’s the most important lesson you’ve learned during your journey?
"Innovation doesn’t happen overnight. You have to try, test, fail, and try again. This is the only way to truly innovate. It also takes a lot of time to educate the market when introducing a completely new product. Patience is essential."
Boyang also shared three interesting facts that most people don’t know about him 🔍✨

2️⃣ He’s a hard-core FIFA / EA FC fan.
3️⃣ His basketball idol is Michael Jordan.
