We’re excited to be among the first three developers to endorse a landmark statement that aims to reduce carbon emissions associated with the manufacture and use of steel in China’s real estate industry. Our goal is to bring together our peers and key stakeholders throughout the value chain and inspire them and the broader industry to do even more for the environment. We’re honoured to join this transformative initiative convened by the “China Iron and Steel Association (CISA)”, “Urban Land Institute (ULI) Greenprint” and “World Steel Association (WSA)”; and are excited that Swire Properties, Hang Lung Properties and Shui On Land are the first three real estate developers to endorse this landmark statement.
