Shanghai, China - #Wison New Energies is proud to announce the official signing of the FEED contract for the 3MTPA #FLNG and 230MW Power Barge project with Ace Gas & FLNG ("#Ace"), which is planned to be deployed in Nigeria. 🎉 🎉 🎉 #WNE successfully completed the Pre-FEED of this project in early 2024. The project aims to develop an FLNG with a production capacity of approximately 3MTPA liquefaction capacity, planned to be moored approximately 10 kilometers offshore in waters with a depth of about 20 meters, receiving and processing up to 500MMscfd gas daily. The liquefaction technology will be using the proven CHART's IPSMR technology. This mature solution will ensure the efficient operation of the project. 🚢In addition, a stream of natural gas will be delivered from FLNG to the 230MW Power Barge for power generation and for the supply of electricity to Ace Gas & LNG operated gas assets and gas processing facilities (proximal to Ace FLNG) within the Escravos and Forcados hub. We confident that the FEED study will streamline the project development, providing a comprehensive overview of the project's technical and economic feasibility, and thus build a solid foundation for the next #EPCIC stage. 🤝🤝Shanghai, 27 November 2024, Wison New Energies (#WNE) has obtained the Approval in Principle (#AIP) from #BureauVeritas for the FEED design on its Standardized #FPSO called "#WISON Low Emission FPSO". Ms. Gaojie Yi, Operation Director of Bureau Veritas Marine & Offshore, issued the AIP certificate to WNE. FPSO has become a prevalent choice for deepwater oil and gas development around the globe, especially in remote sea areas lacking local infrastructure. WISON Low Emission FPSO significantly reduces the carbon footprint of offshore energy operations through innovative engineering and technology integration. This project not only demonstrates the market potential of low-carbon FPSO but also aligns with the global trend towards energy environmental protection. WISON Low Emission FPSO has achieved a comprehensive carbon reduction up to 40% by implementing major advanced technologies, such as Combined Cycle Gas Turbine technology, and Post Combustion Carbon Capture and Re-injection technology. In this project, WNE and BV fully cooperated, through close technical exchanges and joint design optimization, efficiently completed the design, audit and certification of the FPSO project. WNE Holds the Hull Launch Ceremony for the NGUYA FLNG Project in Nantong, Celebrating the Milestone of 20M Manhours LTI Free 🎉Nantong, China – November 23, 2024 – Today, #Wison New Energies (#WNE) held a grand hull launching ceremony for the NGUYA FLNG project at its Nantong Yard, celebrating the achievement of 20 million manhours #LTI free milestone. The ceremony marks a significant milestone in the progress of the #Eni #Congo #FLNG project. 🚢At the ceremony, the hull of the #NGUYA FLNG project was successfully launched, and the vessel was officially named—NGUYA FLNG. The NGUYA FLNG project was signed between Wison New Energies and Eni Group in December 2022. It is a floating liquefied natural gas (FLNG) facility with an annual production capacity of 2.4 million tons. The NGUYA FLNG, measuring 350 meters in length, 60 meters in breadth, and 35 meters in depth, is expected to achieve intake conditions by the end of 2025. Upon completion, the NGUYA FLNG will be deployed offshore near Pointe-Noire, Republic of the Congo, where it will allow Eni Congo LNG project to reach the plateau rate and export about 4,5 billion cubic meters per year. The successful implementation of this project will further deepen cooperation between Wison and Eni in line with respective targets in the energy transition process. 🌊This celebration marks not only a critical moment for the hull launch but also a demonstration of WNE’s achievements in safety management.
