Job Description

Must have Skills : Scrum Product Owner, Scrum Master, English

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development projects and be able to quickly understand business needs and translate them into actionable requirements.

• Able to articulate business needs and product requirements.
• Define and document detailed business requirements, user stories, and use cases. Define acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
• Assist in backlog refinement based on prioritization of user stories.
• Responsible in the creation of project plans and timelines, tracking action item progress and report to ITBP.
• Validate that the solution developed is according to what was requested and meets the business requirements
• Organize for UAT with business, assist in creating test cases, performing preliminary UAT, provide UAT training, assist in UAT defect reporting and retesting arrangement for business.
• Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings.
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders, ITBP and technical teams.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on industry best practices.
• Other tasks as assigned by supervisor, IT Business Partner Manager.
