The Hass avocado is the most important avocado variety worldwide, recognized for its delicious flavor and creamy texture, one of its key advantages is its resistance to post-harvest life, thanks to its thick skin and rough texture, which protect its interior. Additionally, this fruit offers multiple benefits for cardiovascular health, helping to reduce cholesterol and triglycerides due to its high content of potassium and monounsaturated fats.🥑 Growing this wonderful fruit requires patience. The first harvest takes between 8 and 12 months under favorable conditions.
